All items sold by Bowman Creations are personalized. Our policy is as follows:

Refunds for imperfections or damage:

• Will exchange item with another one if notified within 7 days of damage/imperfection
• Item must be in a new/unused condition 
• State reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Once request for return/refund is received, it will be verified, and will be processed within 48 hrs 
• Refunds may be requested for a product that was personalized incorrectly by Bowman Creations
• Bowman Creations will try to solve any issues you may have and keep a happy customer
